I had a lovely time with The Teenager today. We fitted in a little trip to the shops too (just to have a fun trying on session - because you don't always have to buy!)

I had a delivery from My Wardrobe today!

I had been looking for a dress to wear for my Birthday Dinner

I really like it as it is a nice lightweight fabric and has a really nice zip feature that curves around the back

It was still super sunny with us today (Sorry Vic!) So Jools Wore

a Blue Daisy Sundress that I purchased last summer from Asos (they still have similar ones this season)

Well as if that wasn't exciting enough, I had a fabulous Ebay find delivered this morning.

The background to the story is that I wanted this pair of shoes soooooooooo much when they were released but they sold out too fast and I missed the boat! So when I saw this new pair listed in my size, it kind of seemed like Fate!

Today Jools Wore (finally!) the Prada inspired lemon pleated Primark Cadillac Skirt

I teamed it with a new in Peplum zip top from Topshop

I didn't wear the Sparkly Miu Miu's today! I was just trying them on!!

For the money, it it an amazingly good skirt! It comes with a little black belt too.

(I think I paid around £17.99 on Ebay for it, but a 2nd batch hit Primark Stores)

Moschino and Miu Miu Monday

Hello Lovely Ones,

Hope Monday has been a happy one.

Exams are over Chez Jools so The Teenager is home from college for a couple of weeks. I am so pleased to report that she has bought more hair colour today lol - the next colour planned is lilac!!!

and breathe ...............

Aside from that it has been a normal day! I was hoping to reveal something pretty today, but it hasn't been delivered yet, so I will have to tease you for one more day - it is never such an issue when the weather is so great and it makes me look forward to tomorrow more!

My website is coming on nicely, so lovely of some of you to ask about it. It will be ready to go live real soon, so please please tell your friends all about it for me!

A few things caught my eye today.

I thought it might be fun to show you some designer pieces and then a cheaper alternative, and you can tell me which you prefer.

I love crisp little white tops in the summer. I am a sucker for broiderie anglais too. They look fresh and modern.
