Thoughts turn to Autumn ...........

Hi Lovelies,

My fashion fickleness as it turns out, extends past justs bags and shoes and dresses - I can apply it to my poor car too..........

Urgh, remind me in future to not fix something that isn't broken!

Its sobering to know that we never really learn - I had my previous car for four years (a record for Jools as my husband would most happily testify) and then I get tempted by shiny things but within a few short months realise that it is not right for me at all, and I so wish I hadn't changed! Does this sound familiar with anybody else.

Its been an expensive mistake, but a lesson learnt. There is too much traffic around to not have an automatic car in my life! I was crazy to change.
So poor Mouse is up for sale, looking shiny and brand new, and ready for a new adventure with somebody that will appreciate her - and I will try not to sob thinking about how much bag and shoe money this is actually going to cost me.

Sigh, anyway, the weather changed yesterday as we were promised, so I got organised and dusted off my fab Zara hat with chain from last A/W (what would we do without lint rollers in our lives)

It is now ready to welcome the little H&M one that will arrive next week

and that got me thinking about the pieces I would like to add to my Autumn Wardrobe

Well, I did it!

I got the Velvet Jacket that I blogged about last week!

I impatiently went online to buy it from the H&M Paris collection at 9am - but it was not there.My first thought was, oh no, perhaps the collection is only going to be available in the London stores - but I kept refreshing and then at 9.30 there it was! MY jacket flashing at me!!  Elli and I excitedly checked out all of the pieces that were available and quickly checked out!

The collection sold out fast - so I was so happy to get the Jacket that I had most wanted from the Paris Show Collection. (Ebay already have these listed for 3 times the price - I hate that)

These are the pieces that I loved most and have ordered to try.

Last day of School Holidays ........

Hi Lovelies

Yes, Summer Holidays are officially over Chez Jools. Elli goes back to College tomorrow, and Mia goes back to School on Thursday.
We were hoping to go to the Beach once more but it was a hazy, overcast day so the girls chose to go to the London Aquarium instead.

London was buzzing and vibrant - and the weather picked up in the afternoon, we had lots of time to sit and watch the world go buy on the South Bank, and to go check out some shops!

I had wanted to pop into Chloe to check out the Mini Marcie Bag - I really want a small messenger style bag for daytime (just to hold the essentials - so that the girls and pc do not dump all their stuff in my bag!) - and I love the Saddle style.

This is the colour that I really like - The colour is called Black Bat!

But London only had a pale grey today, but they did have a Royal Blue!

Ofcourse we had to pop into Selfridges for a mooch around the Shoe Gallery

Charlotte Olympia has the most incredible shoes just now

I fell for these crazy bear shoes!

I saw this little Leather Jacket in Warehouse in Selfridges - very gorgeous ......

It is unlined, so it is a really thin, soft leather so would be a perfect cover up for right now
