Monogramming your Mulberry!

Oh Gosh,

As if we needed more reasons to covet a new Mulberry Bag!
From today Harrods are celebrating the opening of their newly refurbished Mulberry store by offering a personalised Monogram Service free with every bag or accessory.
Yes, you can have your initials stamped on your new Mulberry, or you can choose little characters such as a London Bus or a London Taxi - how adorable is that!

Mulberry offered the Monogramming service temporarily at it's Bond Street Store last Christmas, but it was only on very specific items and no motifs have ever been available before. This new concession inside Mulberry is the first permanent monogramming service - to help make your new puchase even more special!

OK, so it's maybe not great for somebody who gets bored and sells their bags on quickly - finding somebody with the same initials as you is gonna be pretty difficult heheheeee, so choose a classic style, and choose wisely, and you will keep it forever - I REALLY want one !!!!

Available on the lower ground floor accessory concession inside Harrods - let me know if you are going to check it out please!

Mulberry are definitely promoting the British Connection now!

The weather is pretty incredible just now (I promise I am not going to moan about it) but it does make sleeping incredibly difficult!

The girls have got in on the LoomBand Craze and are making them at night as they cannot sleep

and we are getting through it with some of these!

and these!

OK, and some of these ……….

Churro's with Hot Chocolate Dip

and I am getting some serious colour from the garden!

Paris Couture ……...

Ahhhhhhh, Parisian Couture ………
Yes, we know we are never going to be able to afford a single piece, but that doesn't mean we cannot appreciate the wonder and beauty of it.

And the two highlights of Paris Couture week for me were of course Dior and Chanel.

Both designers took huge inspiration from the 18th Century, Pannier skirts on the dresses at Dior and heavily detailed Frock Coats at Chanel - but both bought these beautiful pieces completely up to date with pockets, tiny gloves, quiffed hair and ribbon bow flip flops - incredible attention to detail that made each piece look less costume - and more ultra modern and wearable (well, that is if you are ever THAT lucky to wear a piece of course!)

So I have edited it down to some of the pieces that made me go WOW

Dior showed at The Rodin Museum in Paris yesterday.
Against walls of orchids Raf Simons bought French Court inspired outfits into the 21st Century

and today, in the Grand Palais it was the turn of Chanel.
With a simple stark white background and setting, Lagerfeld let the clothes make the statement this time

and especially for Elli - Jared was at Chanel!!

Wimbledon Celeb Watch!

Hi Lovelies,

I'm not going to lie, I feel a little bit hungover and jaded today. Drinking always feels like such a great idea at the time - but the morning after rarely agrees!

A Starbucks and a day of watching hot male tennis players perked me up though - although I wanted Federer to win, it was such a great match.

Victoria Beckham looked fab in her wave printed dress - but come on - would it kill her to crack a smile ………. she can't have much to be glum about, surely?

Whereas Kate looked incredibly happy to be there ……..

and so did Kate Beckinsale & Orlando Bloom

One of my favourite looks from Wimbledon this week was Katherine Jenkins

and best of all - she picked up her waterfall front dress from ASOS for £45!

I have this dress, so recognised it immediately - she looked fab in it
and you can too as it is still available to buy HERE

Spotted Pencil Dress with waterfall detail - ASOS £45

This week I picked up a jacket from Zara that I had been wanting for a while

I was patient and waited for the sale as its pale coloured - and i'm clumsy!

Nude Pink Coat with Frill hem - Zara - now reduced from £99.99 to £59.99

and lastly, how beautiful did Fearne Cotton look when she married Jesse Wood on Friday

Her wedding gown was designed for her by Pucci
I think they look adorable together.

Autumn/Winter Mulberry & The Serpentine Summer Party …...

Hi lovelies,

I am writing my blog outside in the sunshine today which always makes me happy (although the screen is almost impossible to see!).
The weather this week is incredible. Which meant that all the celebs who were attending The Serpentine Summer Party last night, could be seen debuting pieces for Autumn Winter! Thats how fickle fashion is!

Alexa Chung looked amazing in Erdem A/W 2014 (loving her little straw bag)

Cara wore Mulberry of course!

Suki Waterhouse in Burberry A/W 2014

She had the best accessory of the evening on her arm …… Bradley Cooper

Princess Beatrice wore Nicolas Oakwell Couture

I adore Arizona Muse - she never puts a foot wrong - here in Emilio Pucci

Keira Knightley wore Chanel (she rarely wear anything else these days - lucky girl!)

And some new pictures were released by Mulberry of the new A/W collection bags
A couple of them are cute !!
Cara has modelled all of the pieces - and first impressions are nice!

This is my favourite - cannot wait to see it in real life

This week so far has been fun, lunch with my lovely friend Clairey- and some shopping,
and a farewell dinner with our neighbours.

mixing up some Topshop with Hermes …...

I fell in love with an adorable little Mulberry bracelet but was virtuous and didn't buy it -
which of course now means it is all I am thinking about ……….
It locks with a mini postman's lock - far too cute

Mulberry Bayswater Lock Chain Bracelet £195

and I am still liking the fringe!

Hope you are having a fabulous week so far
