What Jools Wore: Miu Miu for Me Me !!!!

Well today reached a whole new level of summer low when I had to search for my winter beany hat to wear as it was so wet outside! At this point all we can do is laugh - and grab a coat!

The Olympic torch came to Windsor today

(how have they managed to make the weather look sunny here?!) It really isn't - maybe the Queen has her own weather zone

When I visited London last week I spent ages drooling over the clothes in Miu Miu. The Cady Wool skirts are even more special for winter. They have embellished the pockets with jewels and crystals and they are absolutely beautiful.

Although they are already in the store, I cannot find a picture of them online yet but essentially they are these gorgeous Cady skirts (around £460 each) with the jewelled embellishment. Sadly the extra detailing takes the price of each piece to closer to £1k, but you cannot take your eyes off of them!

So Jools has a cunning plan to recreate the look at a fraction of the cost. The first obstacle is finding a skirt that would work for the look ........

So I plan to do a little bit of DIY and get the Miu Miu look for a lot less!

The Beckhams were out in London last night, partying with my favourite designer Mr Roland Mouret.

Mouret was celebrating being in partnership for 5 years with Simon Fuller

She wore a dress from her own collection, but it is so difficult to tell as the design is so similar to Mouret's own designs - surely just coincidence though heheheee ;)
