Pressie Reveals: Incl. Mont Blanc Princess Grace Collection

Hi Lovelies

Another wet, cold and horrid day outside but I made the fine decision of staying in bed until almost lunchtime thus avoiding most of it! Ahhh Christmas Holidays are truly lovely!

As promised, I took some pictures today of Christmas Gifts.

This one is so special. Although is it a sign of age when you want a special pen to look after? I was happy with a bitten biro before .......... !

There is a beautiful video link HERE!! with gorgeous pictures of Grace Kelly

And some blurb on it here - PC bought it for me so that I can have a Princess Kelly pen in my Hermes Kelly Bag - I absolutely love that.

The Montblanc Collection Princesse Grace de Monaco Writing Instruments – Special Edition

Embodying Princess Grace’s timeless iconic style and the power of her presence, this series, a special edition, is crafted from a majestic deep purple resin, creating a dramatic contrast with the champagne-toned gold fittings.  In true Montblanc tradition of attention to the finest detail, this pen, richly regal, is designed with the feminine “neckline” clip set with a petal-shaped drop-cut pink topaz. Both the gold-plated cap and barrel rings are intricately engraved with a rhombus pattern, inspired by the Coat of Arms of the Principality of Monaco. The 18 carat gold nib of this impressive fountain pen is decorated with a heart-shaped opening. As on the other editions, Princess Grace’s monogram is engraved on the cap top. Sophisticated and arresting, this luxurious edition is available as a fountain pen, rollerball and ballpoint pen.

I love the Pink Topaz detailing against the Royal Purple Pen

So this afternoon I have used it to fill in my 2013 Diary - it is so gorgeous to use

If you have never seen it, can I urge you to watch Mrs Arris goes to Paris? It is easily in my top 5 films of all time. I watch it every year. It is about a char lady who saves all her money from her cleaning job to fly to Paris to buy a Couture Dior Gown (played beautifully in the movie by Angela Lansbury). It is such a lovely story that you HAVE to see it!

Well Bloomsbury have re released the book by Paul Gallico, along with the follow-up's, Mrs Harris goes to New York (in the same book) Mrs Harris goes to Moscow and Mrs Harris MP - I found these in my Christmas Stocking so I am reading the first one immediately! (The books are available from Amazon)

and this present is super amazing too
(who doesn't love an Orange Hermes Box)

Inside is a silver heavy Hermes Padlock

You twist the lock to release the Perfume - its 'almost' too beautiful to use!

Hermes Kelly Caleche Perfume - you can purchase refills for it too

I will show you some more goodies tomorrow if you like!!

Thanks so much for reading x

Gorgeous! I wanted one of these but already have the Ingrid Bergman edition fountain and the gemstone ballpoint from a few years ago. Will never change from the fountain pen now I have it .

How gorgeous is that pen! I bought OH a Mont Blanc the first year we were together, goodness knows where it is, haven't seen it for years but you can't go wrong with a MB and it is so pretty! Love the padlock perfume too, how cute is that! My daytime scent has been the Hermes Eau Des Merveilles but the Caleche is a classic xx
