Wednesday ooh it's Fashion Packed !!!!!

Hi Lovelies,

January is usually spent wrapped up and tucked indoors with the fire on, hot water bottles to hand, soft throws on the sofa's and copious amounts of tea. It's a right of passage - a semi hibernation, where you strike up a closer relationship with your Ugg boots than most of your family.

But THIS January has been so freakishly mild that it already feels spring-like! Daffodils are sprouting and the usual chill in the air (I may jinx the weather now) just isn't as harsh as it should be.

I think the spring/summer collections will benefit hugely from this, as everything hitting magazines and stores looks so fresh and pretty.

I knew Mulberry S/S 2012 would be a goodie! The ad campaigns never disappoint, but there is something so beautifully quirky and British about the latest collection being shot on Brighton Beach - the pictures are so well shot and look stunning.

On my Mulberry Wish-list for Spring/Summer are these two beauties!

Another collection that is high on my radar just now is Carven. They are a french design house and they have some beautiful pieces that has a slightly quirky / preppy vibe. I am not usually a skirt girl as I live life in jeans or dresses but I am so in love with this little skirt (how good would it look with the little Alexa Pebbled Beige Snakeskin above!). I love the pocket detailing.

The entire collection is lovely, and the Carven Spring Summer Catwalk show is well worth a look. This skirt is available here

Do you remember I recently placed a little Net-a-Porter order? Well it arrived!!

Valentino chiffon bow T-shirt - It is super soft, great for daytime and I am really pleased with it.

I also got a pair of fitted black skinny cords from Juicy Couture. They were reduced by 70% (final price was £34.00!). Best of all they were a cropped style - which means one thing when you are quite small ...... - Full length without having to pay to have them taken up!

They fit perfectly and I love the gold zip detailing on the ankles. They will work perfectly with my Sunday Girl for Firetrap Jacket.

I snapped a piccie of my Balenciaga City sitting with the new Mulberry Large Buckle bag just before I tucked the City away in her dust bag for a little rest. Don't they look sweet together! I can honestly say the Balenciaga is the one of the best bags I have EVER owned - it is just so versatile so I know it will not be long before she will be back out to play again.

and finally, Madonna was pictured at the W.E London Film Premier this evening, wearing a Jean Paul Gaultier dress and a D&G Cape. What do you think?  Does she still have it or does she now just look like your mad Aunt Maud?? Let me know your thoughts on her !

Until tomorrow
