Brighton Baby, and McQ Alexander McQueen

Hi Lovelies,

Well today was just one of those near perfect days.

It was so hard to sleep last night as it was so muggy which made getting up super early to go to Brighton much less hard than it could have been!

We made it in great time, with hardly any traffic and parked easily.

We were seated, having breakfast with the sun beating down on us in Brighton by 10am!

French Toast with Fruit at Cafe Rouge Brighton

We then walked along the beach, found some deck chairs and indulged in a couple of my favourite things. Catching some rays and people watching - it was brilliant!

We then sat on the terrace at Hotel du Vin and had drinkies

What do you know, it's Pimms O Clock ..........

Today's fashion is focusing solely on Alexander McQueens diffusion line McQ.
It has become so enhanced under Sarah Burton.
Before, it was very much a way for Lee McQueen to satisfy his punky more edgy and younger side. But now it is rivalling the main line in its beautiful pieces. You would be hard pushed to tell the difference in the quality and fit between the Mainline and McQ. A McQ stand-alone store is also opening on Dover Street.

McQ Alexander McQueen Printed Dress £285

McQ Alexander McQueen Griffin Wool Dress £355

McQ Alexander McQueen Ring Embellished Leather & Suede Dress £985

Available online, in-store and at Net-A-Porter and Selfridges .......

Jools is a super tired bunny now (and I did get to wear my playsuit so that is another outfit ticked off the list), so I will catch up with you tomorrow.

Thanks so much for reading

Have admired McQ from afar and never thought I would be lucky enough to own something from the collection - not this one but a pair of black leather ankle boots from a few seasons ago - one of my treasures.
